We know it’s no small matter to open your door to a stranger, and, at the same time, it’s a huge honour to be let in. That is why we want to bear the responsibility and take care of all homes like they were our own – with the hope that you don’t invite us to your home as strangers but as familiar and expected guests.

Kidesiivous was created when three of our first cleaners asked me to become their employer. Our family had been a customer of one of them, and I had seen how well they worked – ambitiously and joyfully. I became inspired by the surprising suggestion and understood that now was the time to move towards something new – not only to start a new business but also to take on a new, extremely important role. That role was to provide a responsible, healthy, professional, and joyful working environment for Philippine cleaners in Finland.
Responsibility creates welfare
Right from the start, it has been important for us at Kidesiivous to take responsibility for the employment and professional skills of the Philippine. Home is important to us – be it Finnish or Philippine.
We also take responsibility for salary payment – we want our employees to earn salaries that make their everyday lives as good as possible, both at work and in their spare time.
We support our employees’ family reunification in all respects so that they can all live in Finland together. We believe that by taking care of our employees, we also take care of our customers and their homes. Good creates good – and happy, clean homes.
