3. Duration for which we process personal data
We process personal data for as long as the customer relationship lasts, and we stop the active processing of the data when the customer relationship ends. Some data will be retained if required by law (e.g. invoices for six years in accordance with the Accounting Act).

Right of inspection and rectification
The customer has the right to inspect the information we process about them. If there are errors or omissions in the data, we will correct them once we have received notice of the issue from the customer.
Right to object
The customer has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data if they feel that we have processed personal data unlawfully (for example, if we have not provided adequate security) or that we do not have the right to process some personal data. If the customer objects to the processing of their personal data, we will cease the processing of personal data (except for storage) until we can determine the processing’s lawfulness.
Right to erasure
If the customer feels that the processing of some of their personal data is unnecessary for providing our services, they have the right to request that the data be erased. We will then process the request, after which we will either erase the data or indicate a justified reason for which the data cannot be erased.
Right to lodge a complaint
The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection officer if they believe that we are in breach of applicable data protection legislation when processing personal data.
6. Regular sources of information
Customer-related information is collected primarily from customers when they make orders, request quotes, or sign service contracts. We also receive information when you fill in the contact form on our website. If you only browse our pages, we receive only an IP address, which is automatically saved.
7. Disclosures
Personal data is also processed by a few other parties (processors of personal data). We have ensured that all parties processing personal data comply with data protection legislation.
8. Transfer of data outside the EU
The processing of our customers’ data takes place in servers located in the EU/EEA area. The data will not be transferred outside the EU/EEA area without notice.
9. Principles for the protection of the register
We have protected your data using, for example, the following methods:
- Your data will not be accessed by anyone for whom it is not necessary for their duties. Access to the data requires a username and password. Our staff and service providers are committed to ensuring the confidentiality of your information.
